Start your job searchA global investment bank is seeking a senior business analyst (BA ) to develop standards across its Financial Crime / CDD programme.
The contractor will join the global standards team which is responsible for making changes to strengthen the Risk Management and Compliance infrastructure and culture of the bank.
The BA will define clear business requirements aligned to the Target Operating Model (TOM), and to the overall implementation. They will analyse current requirements, developing "as is" to "to be" process maps, and may be involved in planning activities and leading other BAs.
Minimum criteria for selection:
- Sound comprehension of Financial Crime Controls and Customer Due Diligence
- BA experience (process design, definition and documentation)
- Full lifecycle change management within investment banking, Agile, Waterfall and Prince II would be nice to have
- Strong user of MS Excel, Visio and Powerpoint

Duration: 6 months+
Rate: £550-650pd Ltd Company
