The role of Commercial Finance Manager willl suit a qualified accountant with a minimum of 4/5 years PQE gained working in a commercial role.

Reponsabilities for this role will include:

Support Sales & Marketing Team
Monthly Development Appraisal Update & Review
Produce Monthly Project Review Packs & Commentary
Short Term Cashflow Reporting
Produce Quarterly Portfolio & Risk Data
Support Development Team - Modelling & Reporting
Attend Project Reviews for specific developments
Attend Board Meetings for specific investments
Support FC on all Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting & Business Plan Submissions
