The position itself will give the successful candidate the opportunity to lead and develop the Risk team!




The successful candidate must have 5+ years of Credit risk experience within Financial Services (preferably Banking).





Examples of responsibilities to expect:

• Overlooking day to day activities of the Portfolio Credit Risk analytics team
• Oversee the Credit Risk Committee reporting
• Taking ownership of the Credit Risk cycle
• Take charge of all Credit Risk Portfolio Analytics activities
• Be responsible for line management and work collaboratively with the wider Risk team

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of Credit Risk experience, with experience in Portfolio Analytics
• Financial Services experience is a must have with Banking experience preferred
• Experience in using SQL/SAS or equivalent
• Able to commute to either Wolverhampton or Kent at least 3 days a week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence management and to lead and work collaboratively across teams
