Senior IT Analyst - EUC/Infrastructure

An exciting and growing government backed NGO is looking to add a Senior IT Analyst (EUC & Infrastructure) to their current team. This is a permanent role based in Leeds. You will be working in the IT team, it is a hybrid working role.

Requirements:

  • Proven and extensive experience in Service and Incident management.

  • Proven experience with Azure cloud and M365.

  • Experience supporting relevant system applications.

  • Experience within a scale up/start up.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience with Power BI.

  • Experience working with internal and external 3rd party service providers.

  • You will have experience resolving more complex issues as per the MSP requirements.

  • Any experience with PowerApps.

  • Exposure to relevant projects eg. Back up and restore & ITSM.
