Marks Sattin are currently recruiting a temporary Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk on behalf of a well established manufacturing business, based in Rotherham.

Due to a busy period, this is a temporary role up until the Christmas 2023. Duties will include, however not be limited to;

• Downloading bank statements daily
• Input of receipts daily
• Update 'receipts Vs cashflow' list and distribute via email daily
• Raise invoices & send to customer daily
• Raise credit notes when necessary
• Investigate any invoice discrepancies from customers - correspond with contracts/sales
• Chase debts
• Credit Check customers
• Ad hoc sales ledger duties
• Ad hoc credit control duties

Salary will be equivalent to approx. £22,000-£23,000 - paid on an hourly rate basis

37.5 hours per week

Working hours are 8-4.30 Mon-Thurs and 8-2PM on a Friday
