My client are a Global Real Estate organisation who are seeking an experience Systems Analyst with in depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager. This role will be wokring to support the day to day functions of the service delivery team to help enable both business users and end clients around EMEA.

Key accountabilities include:

• Responsible for delivering reporting requests assigned in line with Business transformation, Product team processes
• Demonstrate Yardi business processes knowledge by understanding reporting technical specifications provided by internal/external stakeholders.
• Provides 3rd line support to European business users for the PMA Yardi Voyager platforms using in-house
• Stakeholder management and collaboration e.g. D&T, Business teams, 3rd party service and software providers.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated ability working with Yardi Voyager in a mutli country capacity
• Hands on experience in a service service delivery capacity (providing 2nd/3rd line support to clients and internal users preffered)
• Previous experience working in a property business in a global capacity
• Good communications skills wit hthe ability to work collaboratively with the team
