A leading Manufacturer located in central Dublin is seeking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their high performing finance team.

In the role you responsible for the following:

• Take full responsibility for head office reception duties on a daily basis
• Post supplier invoices and obtain prior sign off from department heads
• Carry out the system payment run, setup and process on a monthly basis
• Creditor reconciliations
• Field supplier queries and requests for payment
• Processing cash/cheque receipts and bank lodgements daily
• Continuously chase up payments in the UK and Ireland with clients
• Monthly Debtor statement runs
• Manage debtor's days to agreed limits
• Liaising with clients and query resolution
• Escalation of disputes with internal sales consultants
• Any additional duties required as per instructions given by Management team
