A leading hedge fund is looking for an accounts assistant to join initially on a 12 month contract, this is due to an increase in workload

As an accounts assistant you will be responsible for the accounts payable function, managing relationships with vendors and assisting with the monthly accounting process.

Main responsibilities will include

• Ownership of accounts payable function
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment runs
• Assist the management accountant with month end
• Ownership of expenses (Concur / Amex)

Requirements:

• You will be part qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
• Experience using PeopleSoft is desirable
• University degree is essential

This role is ideal for an accounts assistant who wants to develop their professional qualifications and has at least 12 months experience in a similar role.
