Marks Sattin are delighted to announce that we are currently working with an exciting SME company based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is to help the recruitment process for an Accounts Assistant to join this brilliant organisation on a temporary basis. This is due to heavy workload and the company growing so will see this position potentially go to a permanent basis. Hourly rate for this position is starting from £12 - £15 per hour.

The Role:

This Accounts Assistant position will be reporting directly into the Finance Manager of this organisation, with good exposure to the whole of the business. This role is focused on assisting with transactional finance, mainly focusing on the purchase ledger side, as well as other duties including bank recs. This purchase ledger is high volume, processing 100-150 invoices daily. This is one of the most important positions within the business and will be integral to future growth in 2019.

The Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a previous experience within a Purchase Ledger position previously, having dealt with high volume processing and having the ability to demonstrate examples at interview stage. Because of the high volume, we are looking for someone who prides themselves on their attention to detail, someone who has that focus on a daily basis. Also, this person must be able to commute within Surrey daily.

Package:
