ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

Brand new challenging and rewarding role for an accounts payable assistant to join a well-established company which as a great friendly/team feel.

Joining this business, and with great exposure directly to the Financial Controller. you will assist with accounts payable responsibilities and will have a real 'value add' and continuous improvement approach. Your typical day will look as below:

• Investigating volume invoices and purchase orders that are lacking information
• Assisting in month end reporting duties
• Being the first point of contact for escalated queries in terms of 'problematic' invoices
• Liaising with key stakeholders across all arms of the business
• Assisting in processing volume invoices and managing volume statement reconciliations
• Working on ad hoc projects as and when needed
