Marks Sattin are working with a leading film and TV equipment provider to assist in finding an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their expanding finance team. They provide lighting and associated equipment to well-known studios across the world, supporting the most modern advanced lighting technology. They are looking for an individual to support the team with invoices, supplier payment runs and other ad-hoc duties.

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Following the purchase order process by coding, posting, and attaching purchase invoices.
  • Process payment runs for suppliers as well as intercompany recharges.
  • Aid in accruals and prepayments.
  • Managing invoice and payment queries.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Ad-hoc duties e.g., producing reports, analysing data, supporting other departments, etc.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an AP background.
  • Be able to prioritise tasks methodically.
  • Experience with RTPro and Acumatica would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
