A global technology business based in central London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Executive to join their busy finance division.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable ledger for all trading entities; this includes verifying, reconciling and coding invoices, completing supplier statement reconciliations, organising payments, resolving queries with both suppliers and the purchasing/ inventory team as well as accruals and prepayments for management accounts purposes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in purchase ledger, and a positive 'can-do' attitude. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills and good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Strong Excel skills are a must and knowledge of SAP B1 would be an advantage.
