An Accounts Payable Supervisor is required to work for a leading Hospitality business based in Central London, on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be taking full ownership for the Accounts Payable function within the business. Managing a team of three clerks, you will be an integral part of the team, duties will include:

• Managing 3 Accounts Payable Clerks and allocating ledger workload to clerks
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, distributors, stakeholders and management
• Performing weekly and monthly reports for UK and oversees entities yearly
• Liaising with the sales department regarding overdue accounts and credit notes
• Liaising with customers and resolving any queries
• Implementing new processes and improving current procedures for the purchase ledger department

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years management experience. Experience of working within a fast-paced working environment is essential and you must have proven experience of managing a team. You must possess strong communication skills and be an ambitious and hard-working individual looking for your next challenge. This role will suit an out-going and proactive individual. You will be a key member of the team and will actively support in driving change through implementing new finance procedures and also have the has the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
