I am looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join my clients team based in Watford.

My client requires someone who is hands on and keen to get stuck in with getting the Accounts Payable function back up to speed!

Day to Day:

• Managing functions including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage, train and motivate a team of 12+ staff
• Overseeing activities such as processing payroll.
• Ensuring that all systems and processes work efficiently
• Receive and register supplier invoices
• Match invoices to goods received
• Allocate direct debit payments to invoices
• Process payment runs.
• Reconciling accounts balances to supplier statements.
• Liaise with Suppliers, request credit notes and resolve issues.
• Process international invoice

Outside of the usual functions this role will also require a candidate to be confident with assisting with Audit Documents and the implementation of Concur Expenses.

Your Profile:

• Previously/Currently in a similar position (Transactional Manager, Head of Transactional, P2P Manager etc)
• Experience using Concur Expenses
• Experience preparing Audit documents for Year End

Outside of the usual functions this role will also require a candidate to be confident in assisting with Audit Documents and the implementation of Concur Expenses. Experience with this system is a must!!

They are offering a 3-6 month contract with a day rate of £500 inside IR35.
