A leading media agency who are part of the world's largest media and advertising group based in central London is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable/ Billing Coordinator to join their busy finance division.

Reporting in to the Accounts Receivable & Billings Manager responsibilities will include reviewing and approving new jobs for billing, raising invoices, ensuring clients receive invoices in good time, ensuring supplier forms are completed, working collaboratively with credit control to resolve queries and ensure payments are received, assist with audit and ensure SOX compliance.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in an accounts receivable role. You should have a solid understanding of accruals and revenue recognition processes as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you will have strong Excel skills and have the ability to work calmly under pressure.
