Our client, an independent financial advisory group is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a fixed term basis for an initial 6 month term.

The role is to support the function during a busy period.

The responsibilities of the role are to assist in all areas of AR within SAP.

Day to day:

• Rechargeable expense invoicing to Group companies
• Monitoring and execution of cross company invoicing process for SAP entities
• Invoice preparations and processing, including for the Investment Bank and other business within the group
• Processing of payments received
• Cash book clearing and reconciliation
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Invoicing investment bank clients
• Revenue recognition - accruals and deferrals
• Ages debtors analysis and reporting
• Recoverable project expenses
• Assist in creation of new clients in SAP
• Assist with UK audit

The right candidate will be confident and efficient in their working with knowledge of SAP and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Financial services experience is highly advantageous.
