My client, a highly regarded firm of local accountants, are looking to bring in an Accounts Senior into their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to make a move to a forward thinking firm who are offering an excellent package, plus a genuine opportunity to work towards senior management and partnership roles within the future. To be successful in applying for this role, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified and have experience working in a practice environment.

Your duties will include:

- Preparing accounts for a variety of sole trader, partnership and incorporated businesses from a mixture of both manual and computerised source records

- To assist clients on an ad hoc basis with bookkeeping services and preparation of VAT Returns

- To perform tax computations and returns

- Ability to demonstrate networking abilities
