Assistant Accountant / £23K - £29K / Wythenshawe / Permanent

I am representing a growing, financial services company based in Wythenshawe, looking to expand their finance team. They are looking for an experienced & part qualified finance professional, either newly AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACA, or ACCA. Duties include:

• Preparing P&L with variance analysis
• Balance Sheet reconciliations and reviews
• Assisting with annual accounts preparation prior to the Audit
• Fixed asset process management
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assisting with cash flow forecasting
• Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger duties, including the calculation and posting of invoices
• Payment processing

The ideal candidate:

• Part qual (CIMA or ACCA)
• 1 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel
• Highly analytical
• Keen attention to detail
• Adaptable to change
