A small leisure business located in Central London is currently in search of an Assistant Accountant to join ASAP on an initial 6 month basis to cover maternity leave.

You will be responsible for:

• preparing weekly bank reconciliations;
• posting journals;
• preparing accruals and prepayments;
• preparing balance sheet reconciliations;
• P&L reporting and analysis;
• cash flow reporting and analysis;
• assisting with budget preparation;
• assisting with auditors where required;
• other ad hoc tasks may also be required.

Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but is not essential. You must be able to start immediately or on one week's notice at most.
