We are currently working with a Leading Real Estate company based in Bromley to assist in their seach to find an Assistant Finance Manager.

Duties include:

• Ensure accurate preparation of the monthly management accounts for the Group including revenue, prepayments, accruals and fixed assets.
• Ensure provision of insightful analysis of costs and revenues to business areas and facilitate timely response to queries resulting from the issuing of the management accounts.
• Attend monthly/quarterly meetings with Regional Directors to review their P&L.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations in line with department timetable.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive greater efficiency and accuracy in the production of the management accounts.
• Be involved in the preparation schedules for audit and assist with queries from the group's auditors during the annual audit process.
• Compile tax schedules for preparation of Corporation Tax filing.
• Assist in the production of annual departmental budgets.
• Assist in completion of returns to the Office for National Statistics.
• Dealing with ad-hoc queries and reporting as required by the Financial Controller.
• Being pivotal in development of direct reports and the wider team as required.
  

Skills required:

Must be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified.

• Intermediate Excel Skills.
• Computer literate with experience of all Microsoft Office applications.
