An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a challenger firm in the city. This forward thinking accountancy practice are looking for an Audit Partner to join their ambitious team.

This private equity backed firm, are looking for an individual who will have experience of AIM listed clients, operating at RI Level.

This organisation is joining forces with a similar sized accountancy practice, and also have growth plans to add an outsourcing function in the near future, and this is an exciting time to be part of big and extremely ambitious practice.

Duties include:

• Ensuring that all audit assignments comply with UK Accounting Standards
• Signing off all audits
• Presiding over final audit presentations and closing meetings with clients
• Setting appraisals and objectives with staff members
• Overseeing recruitment with an emphasis on senior hires
• Promoting other services lines within the firm and be responsible for business development
• Responsible for portfolio of clients, including OMB's, AIM Listed organisations, and PE backed firms

You will be:

• Operating at Director or Partner Level
• Have RI Status
• Have experience of AIM Listed clients

Rewards attached to this positon are:

• A salary of £100,000 to £150,000 per year
• Equity within the organisation
• A bonus of 10% - 20% per year
