One of the largest global online retailers with brand new head offices based in Central London is looking for a Business Analyst to join ASAP for an initial 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysing and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly operational, service, productivity and customer experience metrics.
• Spotting trends and opportunities to reduce costs, whilst boosting performance.
• Providing new analytical insight into issues whilst suggesting mitigating actions to address adverse trends.
• Setting quarterly operational targets and getting involved in strategic operational planning, by mining complex data warehouses and making sure all analyses are accurate, timely and complete.
• Streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, customer service and operational compliance.
• Other ad hoc tasks may also be required.

Strong Excel skills are necessary (v lookups, pivot tables, planning and analysis tools).
