Marks Sattin are currently working with a well-established Halifax based organisation, which are currently undergoing a huge digital transformation programme, to recruit a Business Architect. You will join a team that defines and develops a business architecture strategy, manages the stakeholder innovation plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities;

• Delivering business designs including; impact assessments, reference models and functional requirements for current and future state.
• Development and ownership of the business architecture strategy, the associated roadmaps and reference models.
• Development and formalisation of the appropriate frameworks for a business architecture definition.
• The design and delivery of solutions centred on the strategic use of business reference models and process models.

Skills;

• Experience within a fast paced retail environment, can traverse both high level and lower level activities.
• Business Architect with a strong strategic background.
• Responsibility for enterprise wide activities.
• Experience in industry leading packaged solutions, also considered a subject matter expert.
• Experience in modelling tools, and producing materials that resonate with business stakeholders.
