International AIM listed business is seeking to recruit an experienced CFO to partner the CEO with full control for the finance function as well as a broad remit across the organisation. Operating within a niche market the business has a world class reputation within its sector.

You will have overall responsibility for operational finance and accounting as well as driving the strategic direction of the business. The aim of the role is to partner with the CEO and board in order to drive the long term development of this business. You will have responsibility for the development and execution of the strategy and plan for the group, including the managing of emerging global business growth and performance opportunities.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with extensive experience operating at board level, as a CFO/FD for a listed organisation. Experience in an international multi-currency and revenue business is highly important to the role. A background as CFO in an AIM listed business is desirable but not essential. This role requires an extremely dynamic individual, excited about assisting with growth both commercially and financially.
