A multinational PE Backed Construction business is seeking to recruit an experienced CFO, to be based in their United States head office. A crucial partner to the CEO, you will take full control for the finance function with a broad remit across the organisation. The business has recently been through an exceptional period of growth and the CFO will play an integral role in their continued success.

The CFO will have overall responsibility for driving the strategic direction of the business as well as leading on operational finance and accounting. Alongside the CEO and board you will be taking the lead in contributing to the long term development of this business.

As CFO you will be responsible for the development and execution of the strategy and plan for the group, including identifying emerging global opportunities for growth and performance opportunities.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with extensive experience operating at board level and as a CFO/FD for a business scaling up. The CFO will be highly driven, and dedicated to assisting with growth both commercially and financially.
