Our client a PE-backed multi-site healthcare business is seeking an insightful CFO to become a key member of the board, working alongside the CEO in making strategic decisions and supporting a period of planned M&A. The key focus of the role will be to oversee and drive a small finance team, providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift and highly acquisitive growth period.

The CFO will be the right hand person to the CEO having overall responsibility for the finance function, and have a strong presence in professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures in order to drive growth for the business. The business has ambitious plans to grow through a period of planned M&A and the incoming CFO will play a key role in this.

We are looking for qualified candidates (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably chartered with experience as autonomous CFO in a multi-site PE backed business. A strong transactional background in M&A is essential.
