Marks Sattin Executive Search has a unique opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join a Data Analytics SaaS business initially on a part time basis.

The company, working with some big names, have a clear mission and drive to continue improving their service.

They are searching for an experienced and highly motived financial leader who can bring their knowledge of SaaS to support the growth and profitability of the company.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, the CFO will lead the finance function by developing financial strategies, present financial statements for stakeholders, lead successful fundraising, treasury management, oversee the financial team, and be a strong representative of the company.

The role would suit an individual who has a strong work ethic, high energy, and someone who thinks analytically to solve problems. The role also requires high attention to detail to manage multiple projects.

The ideal candidate

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably charted
• Experience as a senior financial leader, particularly in SaaS based businesses
• Experience with successful fundraising
• Strong leadership and communication skills
