A market leading international PE backed tech company is seeking an enthusiastic and commercial CFO to partner with the CEO and take the business to the next level. Based in Berlin this is an exciting opportunity to work closely with The Board of Directors and investors of a highly successful, multinational, and innovative business.

You will need to be an ambitious character able to clearly identify and report which areas of the company's performance are the most efficient and oversee the strategic direction of the company. You will be a qualified accountant with multiple years of experience in a senior finance role (CFO, VP of Finance, and Senior Finance Manager), broad experience and a deep understanding of taxes and risk management with excellent knowledge of international legal requirements and compliance regulations. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious company with a PE House which is knowledgeable in the sector and looking to go through a buy and build.

You will be leading an active M&A strategy and ensuring top level execution through the identification and analysis of new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in both well established companies and start-ups, and taking a business through a successful exit with a background in the ecommerce or tech industries.
