Interim Change Specialist is required by my client. The organisation is a very specialist Global firm who are Engineers with a diverse mix of customers.

After a significant internal review, my client is keen to implement their findings.

You will work as part of the senior management the implementation team to oversee these changes.

These will include both systems and processes

Critically a whole culture change needs to occur and so strong communication and experience with this type of change is critical, along with strong systems and BPR.

This is a 2 year project so the successful candidate must be able to commit to the full term of the contract

My client is very keen that the successful candidate is from the North West / Yorkshire area as they feel that this is imperative due to the length and nature of the contract
