The Job: CLO Associate - Portfolio Financing & Operations


The Client - Leading Private Credit Investment Manager


The Location: London


Renowned Private Credit Investment Manager is growing out their Portfolio Management team and looking to hire an Investment Ops candidate who is looking to pave a more commercial career for themselves. Second to none mentorship with some of the well known names in this industry.


The Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the CLO portfolios and reconciliation with the administrator;
  • Preparing drawdown requests for Senior and Junior Lenders in the CLO Warehouses
  • Assisting the collateral administrator, corporate administrator and auditors in the preparation of the financial accounts of the CLO
  • Helping with running cashflow projections for future payment dates and reviewing waterfall reports prepared by the collateral administrator;


The Requirements:

  • 1- 6 Years within Investment/Portfolio Operations
  • Experience in Alternative Products particularly credit instruments, CLOs etc
  • Knowledge of financial accounting
  • System experience across Allvue, Wall Street Office or Black Mountain is advantageous
