As the Commercial Financial Analyst working within a team of 5 reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will be a pivotal member of the head office team working to support and partner - Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance and more - Using analytics to make informed business driving decisions. This is not just any role or business, so they require someone who is high performing and driven by their own potential. This organisation will allow development on an unparalleled level, as well as recognition of a job well done, through incentives.

The Duties:

  • You'll keep a close eye on the annual budget/quarterly planning/quarterly bonus processes for the companies owned entities
  • Commercial modelling to support/challenge Departments on proposed investment business cases, new products and new concepts
  • Support the Company owned stores in a Test and Learn programme, helping to identify trial stores, determine what success looks like, track results, and make recommendations on whether to rollout
  • Support in delivering key strategic projects, examples include new sales channels, Ops simplification, labour deployment
  • You'll have plenty of opportunities to show-off your presenting skills, as you'll support in preparing and delivering presentations at cross functional forums, franchisee forums, and more
  • Ad hoc commercial analysis and support to the Departments you business partner, Franchisees and the Leadership Team

The Candidate:

  • Newly/Recently Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equiv)
  • Excellent academic record, including a degree
  • Strong commercial acumen, and the ability to spot business driving opportunities
  • An analytical mind set along with strong Excel skills
  • A true communicator, able to build working relationships across the office and wider business
  • Highly ambitious to be the best you can be
  • Good career development to date within a large commercial organisation
