Start your job searchAn exciting oppurtunity to join a fast-growing FTSE 250 organisation on an intial 18 month fixed-term contract. As Communications Analyst you will be responsible for the internal communications and marketing of one of their key departments.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering and shaping consistant messaging to all Stakeholders
- Creation and delivery of a Communications Plan and Framework
- Work with the Programme Team to form and deliver communications that report on key successes and acheivements
- Produce targeted communications via email, websites, leaflets, workshops etc.
- Encourage staff engagement through various activities
- Identify ways to improve communication
- Find ways to encourage continuous improvement
Requirements:
- The ability to uphold relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Good knowledge of digital/social media trends
- Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work alongside graphic designers
- Awareness of IT and programme environments
- Understanding of communications management strategies and experience implementing these
- Experience in a global organisation environment and navigating communication cross-culturally
