My client are a Mid-sized independent investment firm who specialise in equity capital market activities and alternative asset management.

The role at hand would be a number two in the compliance team and sit on the asset management side of the business, reporting into the group head of compliance. The role will also include presenting to the board as you will be in charge of compliance for the asset management side.

The candidate, the successful candidate for this role would be someone who has worked in top tier asset management firm/s and has extensive knowledge of asset management and MiFiD II. This candidate will also have a very generalist background and not just worked in AML/ KYC Remediation for instance. On the softer skills, my client are looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help lead the firm into the future.

My client are looking to paya base salary of £70,000 - £80,000 but may be flexible for the right candidate.
