Job Title: Compliance Officer | Dublin | Permanent | Fund Services | 60-70k per year

My client based in Dublin are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join their growing compliance team on a permanent basis. There is massive potential for career progression within the company. The Compliance Department exists to provide advice, support and guidance on all regulatory matters as they apply to the business and the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Expand, implement, maintain and monitor adherence with the Compliance Risk Management Framework including Policies, Procedures and Monitoring Plan

• Main point of contact for the business

• Quality assurance

• Arrange and present to Head of Compliance on periodic reporting

• Work with HR and others as appropriate

• Re-examine and recommend the communication strategy to influence the outcome of proposed regulatory changes

• Advise and consult to the business on regulatory laws and regulations

• Propose and execute compliance monitoring systems and procedures

• Offer advice on regulatory implications on product, business strategies and activities

• Contribute in Client meetings, providing compliance reporting and advice

• Oversight and investigate errors and breaches

• Give Compliance and AML training

• Coordinate and network with peers in other organisations

• Be responsible for the provision of advice on the regulatory aspects of outsourcing requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Compliance experience is essential
• Experience of interaction with the CBI
• Degree level or equivalent
• Data protection experience
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of CBI rulebooks and local requirements
• Professional Compliance qualification
