A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Technical Manager to join an award winning Financial Planning Group based in West Sussex, supporting the compliance department by keeping the company up to date with regulatory and industry developments, providing reports to the Compliance Director and assisting with the implementation of these rules.

My client are a medium sized financial planning and tech group that are looking to expand their compliance team. It is a great opportunity within a fast growing Financial Planning company.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have detailed knowledge of the FCA rules and their interpretation/application
• Have strong analytical, observation, communication and evaluation skills
• The ability to interpret legal requirements and European directives
• The ability to train and motivate others

Key Responsibilities:

• To review and implement any FCA outputs
• Report any internal procedural gaps and make suggestions if needed
• Review FCA / FOS notices
• To provide support to other areas of the Compliance Department

Salary: £40k - £60k plus Discretionary Bonus
