A leading, listed mining company, focused on a globally in demand product, has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Development Analyst to directly influence the Executive leadership team. This role will encompass capital raising, project management and high quality analysis to support the corporate development agenda.

As a key link between internal and external stakeholders, this role offers you the opportunity to liaise with advisors, make recommendations to the Executive committee and Board (business development/valuations), as well as undertaking reviews of markets and companies. Working in a close-knit team, you will take ownership of the financial model for internal analysis and to support financing activities.

To compliment an outstanding academic history, proven experience within investment banking or equivalent is required (2-3+ years), with mining or heavy industrials experience strongly preferred. Demonstrable financial modelling skills (building and running), the capability to present and interact with senior stakeholders, and the talent to develop working relationships in multiple locations will be essential.
