Credit Controller / Manchester / £22,000 + Bonus / Permanent

A leading service organisation in Manchester is recruiting a Credit Controller. You will be working in a fast-paced environment in a friendly and personable team. You will be given the opportunity to manage your own ledger in a 360 role.

Credit Controller duties:

• Collection of aged debt via telephone, email, letter, etc.
• maintaining accounts with third party electronic invoicing agencies
• Allocating and reconciling multi-currency cash to debtor accounts
• Liaising with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/account issues
• Effectively managing workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection
• Weekly and monthly reporting packs within specified deadlines
• Working as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives

Credit Controller requirements:

• Proven experience in successfully chasing payments as a Credit Controller
• Team Player
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good work ethic and ability to meet targets
