Start your job searchOur client, an established state of the art manufacturing organisation are currently searching for an experienced Credit Controller.
The role is offered initially on a 2 year fixed term contract basis although likely to be extended beyond this into a full permanent role.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Credit Control, from credit checking and opening new accounts, allocating cash, working closely with internal sales and customer service teams and developing and monitoring KPI's/credit reports alongside the Finance Director.
A candidate with a strong emphasis on customer service would be very successful in this role and an individual with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of customers from private individuals to corporate/key accounts.
This is a rare opportunity to join this lovely Finance team, boasting very low staff turnover and offering scope for future career development/progression.
Due to COVID19 restrictions this role will be home based for the short term, however it is expected there will be a transition back to their offices on the south side of Stockport in Q2 2021 which are very accesible by road and rail. However if government guidelines dictate, the role will be remote until advised otherwise.
