Location: South Manchester - Trafford Area

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £16,000 plus excellent company benefit and bonus package

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Main duties

• Resolve inbound client queries via email telephone and letter
• Responding promptly to incoming emails
• Build a strong relationship with suppliers and clients
• Amending and updating customer records accordingly
• Supporting the business by ensuring excellent customer service is provided on every call and email
• Complying with company policy and call quality

Requirements

• 6 months telephone or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and a good team player
• Must have a positive and proactive approach to work
