Marks Sattin are currently engaged with a leading listed US multinational that operates across a number of diverse and varied industries. Serving customers across the globe, the business focuses on solid growth and strong returns across its divisions and company portfolio. One of their businesses with an established footprint in the technology and manufacturing space is currently seeking a commercial Divisional Financial Controller.

Reporting directly to the MD, the role operates as a key business partner and advisor in relation to finance, recognising growth opportunities and being across all major financial decisions of the business. The position is responsible for managing the accounting and finance globally, including consolidation and reporting of international entities, as well as reporting to the parent company and executive management. You will manage, develop and mentor a team of 10-15 across various locations and ensure a robust control and governance framework is in place, including systems.

To be considered, your profile will include an accountancy qualification (CA, ACCA, ACMA) with several years' experience post qualification in a commercial finance environment. Your background will demonstrate the ability to manage executive stakeholders and mentor medium-large sized finance teams. If you have exposure of working in a subsidiary of a US listed business, this would be looked upon favourably.
