Start your job searchMarket leading multi-national with an outstanding reputation both in their sector and for employee welfare and for rapid career development are seeking new applicants for the role of European Financial Accountant / Finance Manager. An ambitious qualified accountant is their primary target audience, being an ACA qualified from practice or ACCA/CIMA qualified from industry. Sat within the international finance team as part of the wider Finance operation you will take ownership of the European business unit(s) consolidation and reporting process including forecasts, actuals budget and cash-flow. As the key liaison across all international business units you will be pro-active in the continued development of reporting/consolidation processes and procedures in order to best support and challenge the various business units. This is a high profile role which involves a strong level of stakeholder management skills as well as having the core technical experience, especially around reporting and consolidations. You will be a qualified accountant who has a demonstrable track record of achievement to date, gained within a large company /international environment. A first time mover (ACA/ICAS/ACCA qualified) would be a great target audience for the client, Experience around Reporting and Consolidations (ideally for an international business encapsulating one of Gaap, IFRS, Sox) is a nice desirable.
