A highly successful PE backed media business based in the North of London is seeking an energetic and intelligent FD to strategically partner with the CEO, implementing new systems, processes and controls in order to maximise profitability as they look to go through a strong organic growth period ahead of a potential sale.

This is a highly autonomous role that will require a self-driven attitude and commercial acumen to provide key strategic insight into areas in the business that can be improved. Working closely with the CEO and the wider management team you will be responsible for all areas of the company and driving the overall performance of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting a growing business, experience as a CFO or FD in a PE Backed business or leveraged environment and be able to take ownership of and manage projects that will optimise the operational and financial performance of the business.
