Marks Sattin are currentlty recruiting a Finance Administrator on behalf of a well established Professional Services business in Leeds City Centre.

My client are happy to look at a Graduate looking for the next steps in their career or someone with a background in Processing/Administration.

As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with the overall running of the transactional accounts function. Duties will include, but not be limited to; setting up new accounts, dealing with queries, assisting the Billing manager with processing, reporting, opening and closing accounts, assisting accounts payable and raising credit notes when required.

The successful candidate will;

  • Have experience with Administration or a similar finance position
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have Excellent attention to detail
  • Be willing to learn and develop
  • Have the ability to work in a busy, professional environment - as part of a team as well as standalone

Salary is ranging £22,000 - £24,000 depending on your level of experience

Working hours are between 9am-5:30pm (Core hours are 10am-4:30pm)
