Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a 22.5 Hour per Week Part Time basis, to join a growing business based in Camberley. The role will report to the FC, and will be remote working after the initial handover in the office.

The duties include but aren't limited to:

• General business admin
• Employee expenses
• Purchase/customer invoice processing (uploading and posting to Xero accounting system)
• Office supply management (ordering stock when needed e.g. stationary, coffee etc.)
• Support Management Accountant in cash flow management and forecasting
• Memberships management & tracking
• Petty cash management
• One-off project to organize the historic financial folders
• Other duties may be required as progress in role
