The Senior Financial Analyst for EMEA Supply Chain involves being a proactive business partner and delivering superior financial services while upholding the highest integrity. You will partner with Supply chain to provide all round financial support. The main Business partners are the different regional and global finance teams as well as the Quality organization. Close collaboration with IT and good understanding of systems is essential.The role will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Responsible for the EMEA Supply Chain Affiliate OCNIS & HC Consolidation and analysis processes
• Lead successfully the quarterly affiliate review calls
• Have a full understanding of OCNIS, working closely with BS & GS COE
• Work with the BS COE & GS COE to align on a rule book with agreed budgeting and accounting definitions to fit with E2E system mappings for TM1 GRM reporting and analytics.
• Develop clear RACIs and service catalogue across
• Close business partnering with relevant stakeholders to meet both Global and Regional reporting needs
• Provide first cut bva analytics to support SC BUF with senior business partner reviews.
• Improvement and automation of consolidation process to reduce time spent across all levels of the organization
• Continuous challenge of existing processes so that improvement and alignment is sought out at all times across the region
• GRM: ensure accurate and compliant data post GRM, given a successful implementation (check and validate data)
• Responsible for EMEA French hub budgeting and BVA analytics
• Evaluation of current processes, redesign process for future status working with other inventory hub analysts.
• Ownership of the FH QE close and budget preparation
• Prepar meaningful quarterly BVA analytics
• Provide business partners with the tools to take ownership for their budgets
• Active participation to the Quarterly business review with Pharmalog
