Marks Sattin are exclusively partnering a PE backed technology based organisation who after a recent restructure are looking to add an additional member to the Finance team. This role offers a varied workload with the scope to take on more.

Duties to include:

• Processing sales commissions (monthly, confidential, liaising with senior managers & HR)
• To have had experience working on & knowledge of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Credit Control (issuing invoices & credit notes, sales order input, dealing with complex supplier queries, dealing with invoice discrepancies, resolution of account queries)
• Dealing with multi-currencies - Sterling £, Euros €, USD $, South African Rand, Danish DKK
• Bank reconciliations (international, multiple currencies)
• Sales customer ledgers & contract management (i.e. processing refunds, applying annual price increases)
• Finance order approval process (using internal system ESD) in conjunction with Credit Control, Commercial (legal), Sales & Technical
• Deferred Income (month end sales routine, several databases)

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

• have demonstrable commission calculating experience
• worked within a Finance environment
• strong excel skills
• Be AAT Qualified
