Finance Assistant - Newbury (Hybrid) - 6 Month Contract - Up to £18p/h

Marks Sattin are delighted to be supporting this fast SME in Newbury to find a Finance Assistant. Due to growing demands, Marks Sattin are on the search for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our client.

The successful candidate should be personable, eager to learn and have the ability to work autonomously.

The benefits of the Finance Assistant position include:

• Hybrid working 2 days per week
• Working alongside an experienced Finance Director

The duties of the Finance Assistant role include:

• Accounts Receivable and Payable duties
• Processing VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciling petty cash
• BACS transactions
• Assisting FD with month end
• Assisting with Audit

The successful Finance Assistant will:

• Have the ability to work Autonomously
• Have good knowledge of VAT
• Have good Excel skills
• Hold previous experience working within a similar position.
