Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

About the Role


As a Manager, Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for formulating and executing portfolio strategies to optimize income and enhance asset value across a diverse European and UK real estate portfolio. You will collaborate closely with onshore asset management teams and corporate units in Singapore, playing a key role in reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement portfolio management strategies for logistics and commercial real estate assets.
  • Lead portfolio reporting and budgeting processes in coordination with global teams.
  • Enhance asset positioning, cash flow, and overall value.
  • Conduct financial modeling and performance analysis at both asset and portfolio levels.
  • Identify and execute market entry/exit strategies to maximize returns.
  • Support investment evaluations and strategic decision-making through data analysis.
  • Maintain market intelligence and industry competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience managing commercial property portfolios in the UK and Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of European real estate markets and practices.
  • Financially savvy with hands-on operational experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work across diverse European markets and liaise with headquarters in Singapore.
