Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Finance Director to join their private equity backed leisure, multi-site business. It is an outstanding opportunity to play a major role at a company that are forward thinking and growing rapidly.

They are looking for someone experienced in the industry to help partner with the CEO to grow and build the business, professionalising it and developing the team's capabilities. The main purpose of this role will be to build the finance function and put in place the processes and procedures to aid in business growth through the private equity life cycle.

You will be responsible for overseeing all reporting, budgets and forecasts as well as offering key strategic advice from the analysis. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

The desired candidate will have multi-site experience, have relevant leisure or transferrable sector experience and be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably Chartered.
