A Private Equity backed wholesale distribution business has a prime opportunity for a Finance Director with previous exit experience to be an integral part of preparing for an exit on the horizon. The role will require attention to detail in preparing documents, evaluating ERP systems and other procedures whilst working in conjunction with the incumbent CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering the CFO, ensuring effective delivery of company strategy
• Evaluation and adaptation of systems processes and controls

• Ensuring existing systems and procedures are optimised, challenging them where necessary
• Ensuring the sophistication & transparency of the financial structure

• Preparing the business for and leading a business through a sale process

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Preferably previous exposure to an exit process
• Experience in working in an environment that is highly leveraged and has multiple stakeholders
• In possession of strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Immediately available
